Facility Manager
Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facility Manager to oversee, coordinate, and manage all company labor and facility operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance with safety standards, and efficient workforce management across sites.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site labor operations and workforce deployment
Ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of staff
Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
Handle maintenance schedules, inspections, and issue resolution
Prepare reports related to labor, facilities, and operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of labor management and facility operations
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
